Thank you for considering our photo and video services. Please note the following details about our standard package and the associated terms:
- Package Customization: The presented package is a sample, and we are open to customizing it to better suit your specific needs and preferences. Feel free to discuss any adjustments or additional services you may require.
- Permits and Parking: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and covering parking fees associated with the photo/video session locations.
- Wait Time for Photos: The typical turnaround time for photos from a photo/video session is 1 – 4 months. An online version will be available within 1-2 months, and sneak peek photos can be expected within 1-2 weeks.
- Booking Deposit: To secure our photo or video services, we require a 20% deposit of the total package amount. This deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. The final payment is due one week before the scheduled event.
- Delivery Method: Your photos and videos will be made available online for easy download. Additionally, a USB drive containing the media will be mailed to you for your convenience.
- Video Re-editing Period: The client has a 15-day window, starting from the date of receiving the online version of the video, to request any necessary re-edits. We value your satisfaction and are committed to making adjustments based on your preferences.
- The package price does not include the applicable 8.75% taxes and travel fees.
